In the last year, federal contractors have been given extensive, new regulatory mandates in areas as diverse as pay equity, hiring and veterans’ rights.  The Department of Labor added a new twist in January 2015 with the announcement that it intends to update its guidance on sex discrimination and sexual harassment.  This webinar will work through the list of new requirements, from applicant tracking to pay issues to connecting with veterans, disabled persons and the LGBT community.

While some of the Department of Labor’s requirements are technical, the compliance problems that flow from the new requirements create serious practical considerations, especially as related to pay equity and recruiting.  This program will move past the technical requirements and instead will focus on practical solutions to the government’s expectations.
