2016 ADA Developments & Ways to Handle Them

We have been doing an ADA update annually for a number of years now.  This year is no different as this challenging law continues to get more complicated.  The ADA now tops the list of discrimination claims in the courts and before the EEOC.  New developments range from interactive process problems to complicated accommodation issues and legal concerns regarding fitness for duty and other medical exams.  To add more problems, website accessibility issues now exist related to vision and hearing impairments and smartphone apps are being targeted as well.  We will discuss both new legal developments and suggestions in the areas where those issues are the most challenging.
