Faculty Biographies
Gregg Jay Tucek, is an attorney with Bashas', Inc. in Phoenix. Prior to joining Bashas', he was a partner with
Sherman & Howard, practicing exclusively in the area of traditional labor law and employment. Mr.
Tucek has a successful record in arbitrating matters related to collective bargaining agreements and has been lead
counsel in unfair labor practice trials before the NLRB. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section
of the Arizona and American Bar Associations. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law,
cum laude. Mr. Tucek is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals for the 8th, 9th,
and District of Columbia Circuits and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Arizona and Minnesota. Mr.
Tucek's high-energy presentations feature "street-smart" insights and legal expertise.
