Faculty Biographies

David Tetrick, Jr. is a partner in King & Spalding's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He represents management in labor, employment and employee benefits matters, and devotes a significant portion of his practice to counseling sponsors and fiduciaries of employee benefit plans and defending them in ERISA litigation matters. He has defended clients in ERISA class actions, as well as, a wide variety of employment-related issues. Mr. Tetrick received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a decorated veteran of the 1991 Gulf War.
