Faculty Biographies

Thomas G. Schendt is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Alston & Bird. Previously, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service, where he assisted in the coordination of national employee benefits litigation, including plan disputes and compliance initiatives. He has lectured frequently and published numerous articles on employee benefits topics. He serves on the editorial boards for BNA's Daily Tax Report and Pension and Benefits Reporter. He received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. Mr. Schendt teaches many customized in-house training programs for IAML clientele.
