Faculty Biographies
David B. Ritter is a partner and chair of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg's labor and employment law practice group.
His practice includes representation of management in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Ritter is a member of the
ABA Sections of Labor and Employment Law and Litigation, and is a frequent seminar speaker on a variety of employment law topics.
He has published numerous articles and has been a contributing editor to the publications Employment Discrimination Law, and The
Developing Labor Law. Mr. Ritter is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, cum laude, Law Review
and the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Mr. Ritter is a former human resources professional
for Mobil Oil Corporation. Mr. Ritter teaches many customized in-house training programs for IAML clientele.
