Faculty Biographies

Jacqueline E. Kalk is a Shareholder with Littler Mendelson, PC's Minneapolis office where she represents and counsels management clients on a broad range of employment law matters. Ms. Kalk routinely handles individual, class and collective claims in areas such as wage and hour, overtime, equal pay, and equal employment matters. She also prosecutes and defends actions involving non-competition agreements and trade secrets. Ms. Kalk routinely appears before state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Her expertise includes providing counseling to management on how to avoid litigation and to develop necessary policies and practices. She has also implemented training classes for employers in a wide variety of venues targeted at understanding the litigation process and, perhaps more importantly, avoiding litigation. Ms. Kalk received her B.A., summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota and her J.D., magna cume laude, from Syracuse College of the Law.
