Faculty Biographies
David E. Jones head Ogletree, Deakins OSHA Client Services Group, which engages in a nationwide practice that includes
the representation of employers in "egregious" and other significant OSHA litigation within the jurisdiction of federal OSHA
and state plans. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones served as a presidential appointee, holding the post of Legal Counsel
and Special Advisor to the Chairman at the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Washington, D.C. Mr. Jones
frequently delivers speeches addressing OSHA enforcement and compliance issues. He received his J.D. degree from Suffolk
University School of Law. He is a member of the Committee on Occupational Safety and Health Law of the American Bar
Association.
