Faculty Biographies
Steven J. Jager, CPA, is the Founder and Principal of Steven L. Jager, CPA, a full-service accountancy corporation.
Mr. Jager is listed in Who's Who in Executives and Professionals." He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountings; the California Society of Certified Public Accountants; and the Society of California Accountants. He is
also an associate member of the California State Bar, Taxation Section. Mr. Jager received his B.A. degree from the
University of California at Los Angeles, and subsequently studied Accounting, Finance and Marketing at California State
University, Los Angeles, and obtained his California CPA Certificate in 1986. Since 1992, Mr. Jager has been a regular
and popular instructor at the UCLA Extension Department of Business and Management, and has authored several articles and
lectures frequently to business and professional groups.
