Faculty Biographies
Shay Zeemer Hable is a member of Taylor English’s Employment, Labor and Immigration group. Ms. Hable’s practice focuses on counseling in a wide array of
employment and related issues to balance legal risk with practical business needs. She specializes in employment policies and processes, reorganizations and layoffs,
employment audits, compensation reviews, and employee medical leave issues. Ms. Hable also works with clients to devise appropriate performance management and
discipline systems. Moreover, Ms. Hable provides clients with guidance in employment disputes, EEOC and other agency charges, and internal investigations. She also
drafts and reviews enforceable employment agreements, severance agreements, and restrictive covenants. Ms. Hable regularly conducts employment law training on topics
such as harassment, disability, overtime, reductions-in-force, document management, and performance management. She is an honors graduate of Emory University and Vanderbilt School of Law.
