Faculty Biographies
Scott H. Dunham is a partner with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He has specialized in labor
relations and employment law, including safety and health, for more than 20 years. He received his undergraduate
degree with highest honors from Washington State University in 1972, and graduated Order of the Coif from the University
of Washington School of Law in 1975, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Law Review. He has served
on the Occupational Safety and Health Committee of the Labor Law Section of the American Bar Association for more than
15 years. He is a contributing author to Occupational Safety and Health Law published by BNA and co-author of Avoiding
and Defending Wrongful Discharge Claims.
