Faculty Biographies

Cindy S. Cook is a human resource consultant with over 20 years of practical, hands-on experience in both government and large corporate environments. For several years, she worked for American Express, most recently as the director of employee relations. Her vast experience includes designing, managing and delivering services in such areas as: organizational design; workforce analysis and manpower planning; establishing pay and benefit levels; employee relations; performance evaluation; personnel management policy and procedures; HR management information systems; and skill-specific and developmental training. She received her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, in Developmental Psychology from Westminster College. In addition to the public programs listed below, Ms. Cook teaches customized in-house training programs for IAML clientele.
