Faculty Biographies
Pamela Baker is an attorney in the McNair Law Firm. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of South
Carolina School of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Baker worked for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control
as an enforcement officer with the Bureau of Land and Waste Management's hazardous waste program. As an enforcement officer, Ms. Baker
was responsible for drafting Notices of Violation and Administrative Orders, coordinating and conducting enforcement conferences,
negotiating settlements, preparing reports for federal and other state agencies, and implementing enforcement procedures to obtain compliance
with state laws and department regulations.
