Barbara Fielder is President of The Fielder Group, Inc., a human resources consulting and corporate training organization founded in 1979.

As a part of her consulting business, Ms. Fielder develops and conducts specialized corporate training and public seminars. Prior to establishing

management courses at the University of California at Irvine, Davis and Riverside. Ms. Fielder earned her Masters in Human Resources from
