Shay Zeemer Hable practices in the area of Labor and Employment Law for Powell Goldstein LLP in Atlanta. Her practice includes representing management in employment discrimination lawsuits in various state, federal and administrative jurisdictions, including race, sex, disability, family and medical leave, and other discrimination claims. Ms. Zeemer's litigation experience also includes contract and fraud disputes arising from employment and independent contractor relationships. In addition to litigation matters, Ms. Zeemer's practice encompasses a wide array of counseling in employment and related issues, including review of employee handbooks and employment practices and policies. She has assisted clients involved in employment audits, including glass-ceiling audits. She has provided clients with guidance in employment disputes and investigations and drafted and reviewed enforceable employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and separation agreements.
