Featured Presenter: Gavin S. Appleby, Esq. of Littler Mendelson
Employment Law Attorney and Highly-Rated IAML Instructor

Who Will Benefit:
This program will benefit anyone involved in employment law, including human resources/employment law personnel, employment law attorneys, FMLA and ADA coordinators, EEO officers, employee benefits representatives any other manager or executive charged with responsibility for managing ADA programs and/or FMLA leaves.

About This IAML AudioProSM Conference:
Last September, IAML offered an AudioPro teleconference on the new ADAAA and the recently revised FMLA regulations. A year and a half has gone by and it's time to see what issues the changes in the ADA and the FMLA created. The EEOC has developed new regulations under the ADAAA, the courts have weighed in on these issues, and the practical effects of the ADA and the FMLA changes have been felt.

During this program you will examine:

  • What has happened,
  • What has worked well for employers and
  • What problems have arisen.

The program will focus not only on legal developments since early 2009, but on the practical effects of these legal changes as well as what you should be doing to ensure that your organization is in compliance.
